The 9th annual SICBA (Skagit Island Counties Builders Association) Home Tour was this past weekend – September 11-13, 2015.  This was an exciting event for our community.  The home tours are our favorites as they include new, in progress and owner-occupied residences.   New home technologies, design innovations and products are some of the highlights of this weekend.
