Bringing with her nearly six decades of Skagit Valley knowledge, this life-long resident has an innate ability to connect with her clients, understand their unique lifestyle needs, and provide them a level of service that enables them to relax, trust, and feel confident in their homebuying decisions. 

 

Known for her hard work ethic, friendliness, and honesty, Yvonne is dedicated to listening to her clients and fulfilling their dreams. 

 

“Being born and raised here in the Valley has given me a depth of regional knowledge and understanding not only of the different communities and what they offer, but their property values as well,” added Yvonne. “This knowledge helps me assist my clients in making the right decisions for themselves based on their needs.” 

 

Yvonne is a family woman; probably one of the many reasons why she loves residential real estate and helping families find their dream homes. She is a mother to three grown daughters and grandmother to seven grandchildren, five of which currently live with her; two sets of twins and one in between, all under the age of four. She loves spending her time being grandma, helping provide care to her parents, and being a loving wife. In her free-time, Yvonne can be found camping, going on walks, crabbing or fishing, and helping friends and family whenever she can.
