One conversation with Tod and you will be able to feel his energy and enthusiasm for real estate. For  more than four decades, he has served the residents of Skagit Valley, orchestrating home and property  sales and acquisitions that have benefited and elevated hundreds of lives throughout our community.  Tod has been a real estate broker at Brown McMillen Real Estate since 1978, fresh out of real estate  school, and is now one of the firm’s managing brokers. An entrepreneur at heart, Tod always had the ambition to be his own boss. His innate ability to connect with people combined with his love for community and problem-solving made a transition into real estate an obvious choice; a choice he has never regretted since taking his first real estate job in 1978.

For Tod, life is an adventure; therefore, he is not a man who carries around a bucket list. He loves outdoor recreation, especially within the greater Pacific Northwest, but also loves to travel and experience new and exciting things. In fact, becoming a real estate agent has complimented Tod’s adventurous nature well, as his career has allowed him and his wife Bonnie to visit 40+ countries across nearly all the continents, save for Antarctica!
