Since 1977, Jan Scally has worked full-time as a real estate broker, negotiating and closing successful  transactions on behalf of hundreds of individuals, businesses, and families along the way. She joined the Brown McMillen family in 1989, where she has specialized in residential, new construction, resales, and condos. Known for delivering exceptional service, Jan has built numerous trusted client relationships over the course of her 40+ year career which have resulted in more than 80% of her business being repeat clients or client referrals. Now that’s something! 

 

Jan’s work ethic is second to none. She treats every client with unquestionable integrity, enthusiasm, patience, and understanding, taking the necessary time to understand the various nuances of each individual transaction. She has built a loyal following of clients and friendships over the years as a result.

She is an active member of various committees for the North Puget Sound Association of Realtors and Washington Association of Realtors. Jan also holds multiple professional designations such as CRB, CRS and SRES. 

 

In her free-time, Jan loves spending time with her family, her greatest joy. She enjoys traveling and being a grandma to her grandchildren.
